April Entries

Kayaking

Andrew Toth took this photo of his friend Jessie paddling by Boundary Point in the Quetico. Andrew says they were on a mission to retrieve their fathers Gloomis fishing rod he had lost in 20' of water two months earlier. After a few minutes with a snorkel and mask, his friend came up with the rod on the first attempt. 2 1/2 months underwater and it still worked great!

Jan-Gunnar Rossvoll from Norway shot this photo of his paddling partner and his storm taking a break.

Kevin Green grabbed a couple cool photos of Lisa while they paddled off Rocy Island in the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in WI. They were caught off guard crossing from Bear Island to Rocky Island when the fog rolled in and completely engulfed them in a shroud of grey.
